Only what you choose to type into the enquiry form: your name, your business name, your email address and/or phone number, and your message. You need to give at least an email address or a phone number so I can reply. The form also has a hidden field that only automated spam bots fill in; it isn't used for anything else.

This website uses no cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Its fonts and images are served from the website itself. Like any website, the hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (such as IP addresses and browser type) to run and protect the service.

The example sites for fictional businesses (the "concept demonstrations") have their own sample forms. Those send nothing anywhere: whatever you type stays in your browser.

To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask for one, to prepare your free website preview. If you become a customer, also to provide the service and bill for it. I don't sell or rent your details, I don't share them for anyone else's marketing, and I don't add you to a mailing list.

When you press send, your details go over an encrypted connection to this website's server, which saves them in my enquiry list, hosted by Airtable. Only I can read them there: the website itself can add an enquiry but can't read any back.

I reply by email from my business mailbox, which is hosted by Spacemail (Spaceship), or by phone if that's what you gave me. I may also get a short alert about a new enquiry on my phone through Telegram.

This website is hosted by Vercel, in the United States. I run KeystoneWeb remotely from Saudi Arabia, so your details are read and handled there, and they may be stored or processed by the providers above in countries other than the United States.

Until your enquiry has been dealt with. If you become a customer, I keep what's needed for that working relationship, such as our correspondence and billing records, for as long as it lasts and as long as the law requires afterwards.

You can ask me at any time what details I hold about you, ask me to correct them, or ask me to delete them. Email fazal@trykeystoneweb.com and I'll take care of it promptly. Depending on the state you live in, you may have additional privacy rights under state law, and I'll honor any request made under them.

If the way I handle your details changes, I'll update this page and the date at the top.
